We collect information directly from you when you interact with our peer support line. This includes your mobile phone number and any demographic information you voluntarily provide (such as age, location, or ethnicity).

We use your information to provide peer support services and to improve our community programs. Demographic data is used internally for grant reporting and impact analysis to ensure we are serving our community effectively.
3. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, rent, or lease our user lists to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated demographic data with grantors or partners for reporting purposes, but this data will never identify you personally.
4. SMS Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
